This 5 week session is for any handler who wants to see if agility is a good fit for them and their dog.. . We will teach the foundation skills to continue as a team to enjoy competition agility. 

Prerequisites: Dog must be non-aggressive and in good health. Dogs must be at least 4 months of age.    Desire to train and work on assignments between sessions as there will be homework assignments. Basic obedience required.

 COMPETITION  Group meets on Mondays throughout the year    
This 5 week session is for the very serious competitors who want to improve and reach even higher agility skills. This course will enable the handler to improve a variety of difficult skills as well as fine tuning the basics. Class will include emphasis on handlers foot work, turns, contacts, crosses and all skills necessary to compete in agility at the highest level. We will cover techniques for handling AKC and USDAA type courses as well as some courses with a European flair. This class is for the competition team wanting to improve their skills.
Prerequisites: Dog must be non-aggressive and in good health. Dog must currently be competing at the Master/Excellent level.

PRIVATE AGILITY COACHING : Hourly and 1/2 hour sessions available.  Experienced dogs only, no beginner dogs.  Indoors, climate controlled and on soccer turf.    Flexible schedules, email for more information. flynpaws@gmail.com  These classes are held at our South Denver Location near Arapahoe Road and Yosemite

 


Competition              Group meets on Wednesdays throughout the year      

This 5 week session is for competitors who want to improve on their competitive agility skills. This course will enable the handler to improve a variety of skills including building speed and motivation, crosses and tight turns. Class will include emphasis on handlers foot work, turns, contacts, speed, crosses and all skills necessary to compete in agility.  Learn the newest techniques designed to help you maximize your efficiency on course.

Prerequisites: Dog must be non-aggressive and in good health. Dog must be currently competing in excellent or advanced agility levels. Desire to train and work on assignments between sessions.

This session  is for the team looking to work on international skills and drills used in advanced level courses like Premier and Masters Challenge    FlynPaws@gmail.com

Novice/Beginner         Group meets on Wednesdays throughout the year        

Group meets for 5 weeks and is for dogs that have had more than a basic introduction to agility and are ready to prepare for competition agility. Dog/handler must be able to sequence 10 - 15 obstacles without much difficulty, be able to do all obstacles at full height and must have good obedience skill. Dogs MUST be able to complete 12 weave poles with channel set narrower than shoulder width. 

This class will focus on sequencing, contact work, speed & confidence in weaves, jumping and basic competition agility preparing the dog/handler to successfully compete at the novice level.  Prerequisites: Dog must be non-aggressive and in good health. Beginning or basic agility skills required. Must be familiar with and able to complete all agility obstacles without use of leash. Desire to train and work on assignments between sessions.

This class is for the highly motivated dog/handler that already has speed and good basic skills but wants to work on doing it bigger, better, faster.
